Dear Asha
I am diabetic and want to know if I can eat wholewheat rotis, as I love my roti? Does this roti become soft and mild like normal roti? Can it be warmed in the microwave?

For seafood and vegetable kebabs, can one use frozen prawns or frozen hake? And how does one remove Milo stains on a childs T-shirt or any other stain for that matter? MRS S SINGH

Yes, the wholewheat roti is soft and suitable for you to eat. Diabetics are allowed a portion of carbohydrates in the form of wholewheat roti, which is fibre rich, brown rice, yams, etc. For more recipes and lifestyle suggestions, consult the book Heavenly Health. The health notes by Sister Bernie Mothilall are for a holistic lifestyle
Frozen prawns and hake may be used after being well thawed
Methods of stain removal differ according to the stain. Milo with milk is a protein stain
